AI Community Days (AICD) Québec 2026 is a bilingual, community-driven event focused on applied and responsible AI and how it is actually used in organizations today. Over two days of sessions, it brings together developers, architects, IT professionals, analysts, business leaders, educators, researchers, students, and enthusiasts to connect, learn, and share real-world practices. The event is designed to go beyond theory, giving attendees practical insights, lived experiences, and ideas they can immediately apply in their work, all set in an inspiring and collaborative environment.

In my session, Beyond the Hype: Building an AI‑Ready Organization with SharePoint and Copilot Create, I focus on how organizations can move from AI excitement to real, sustained impact. I explore the reality that transformation only happens when people change how they work, and I share what it takes to build an AI-ready culture using Microsoft 365. We’ll walk through the strategic pillars of successful adoption, including leadership alignment, communication approaches that reduce fear and build trust, and ways to design experiences that meet employees where they are. I also demonstrate how SharePoint can become the backbone of your AI knowledge ecosystem and how Copilot Create can be used to quickly produce consistent, targeted training content.
