AI Community Days (AICD) Montréal is a bilingual, community-driven event designed to make artificial intelligence more accessible, practical, and relevant for everyday use. It brings together IT professionals, developers, architects, analysts, business leaders, educators, students, and enthusiasts to learn, share real-world experiences, and collaborate. The event focuses on creating an inclusive space where participants can build skills, exchange insights, and leave with actionable ideas they can immediately apply in their work.

In my session, Copilot, change management, and adoption…oh my!, I focus on the reality that while there are many “best practices” for AI and change management, the right approach will always vary based on your industry, organization size, and culture. This interactive session is designed as an open forum where participants can ask anything about their M365 Copilot adoption efforts and get practical, experience-based answers.

For those still shaping their strategy or simply curious about what works, I will share lessons learned from three years of supporting more than 20 organizations as they launched and scaled M365 Copilot. We will explore real examples of what has been successful, what has not worked as expected, and how teams have adjusted along the way. Participants will leave with practical insights, proven approaches, and actionable ideas to strengthen adoption efforts and maximize their return on investment.
