AI Community Days (AICD) Montréal is a bilingual, community-driven event designed to make artificial intelligence more accessible, practical, and relevant for everyday use. It brings together IT professionals, developers, architects, analysts, business leaders, educators, students, and enthusiasts to learn, share real-world experiences, and collaborate. The event focuses on creating an inclusive space where participants can build skills, exchange insights, and leave with actionable ideas they can immediately apply in their work.

In my session, Beyond the Hype: Building an AI‑Ready Organization with SharePoint and Copilot Create, I focus on how organizations can move from AI excitement to real, sustained impact. I explore the reality that transformation only happens when people change how they work, and I share what it takes to build an AI-ready culture using Microsoft 365. We’ll walk through the strategic pillars of successful adoption, including leadership alignment, communication approaches that reduce fear and build trust, and ways to design experiences that meet employees where they are. I also demonstrate how SharePoint can become the backbone of your AI knowledge ecosystem and how Copilot Create can be used to quickly produce consistent, targeted training content.
